Fantastic accommodation! Super clean and super cosy also, bed was so comfortable and lighting was great! Toiletries and also hairdryer were great. Also the guestbook was great! I loved the keypad entry also and exit! Would most definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby at Ballybeg House. It was such a handy base, close to the local centra and pub. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were lovely!

Wonderful accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The staff was very kind to provide us with all the necessary information. The room was fantastic, very clean, nice and comfortable. Special mention to the bed and pillows: perfect. We will return for sure!!!!

We booked last minute and so glad we did, it’s has everything on its door step. Restaurants, pubs, takeaways, fruit and veg shop, mini supermarket that does breakfast and coffee to takeaway. A butchers it’s like going back in time and was a wonderful setting. The room we had was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and we actually stopped there again on our way home. Thank you.

Location was convenient for parking, food, a coffee shop and shopping for general needs. We had a comfortable first floor one bedroom that included a sitting room that had a double bed and comfortable seating—ideal for three older women traveling together. Our room had a lovely view of the village and hills beyond (photo). The bathroom was small but serviceable. Fresh towels were available as needed. A tea kettle was ideal for tea/coffee, replenished daily, The convenient Delish Coffee shop provided a great hot breakfast (and scones!), open 9-4 and closed Sunday. A shop 1/2 block away opened earlier where a cappuccino/foodstuffs were available. O’Connor’s Pub offered very good food and The Dying Cow pub, a few km away, provided a memorable experience and friendly clientele. Tilahely village and Madeline’s were a convenient base for driving to many Wicklow County destinations. We also met others staying there hiking the Wicklow Way Trail. Sitting room had a smart TV and we could access our Netflix or other accounts if we wanted at end of the day.

 Incredible stay!!! Most amazing time in Tinahely! Thank you so much for such an incredible stay. We had the best time ever. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on in my life. The little coffee and tea set was just what we needed to recharge inbetween outings during the day. The shower was beautiful, felt like washing under a waterfall. And it was also super handy having a tv in the room as we were able to stay in one night and just watch a film. Thank you so much to the team who gave us such a great stay, it was a truly memorable time. Also we tried out both o’connors and delish for food and they were the nicest meals. Murphys across the road also gave us a great experience of an Irish night with live band and all while we were there. Thanks so much. Hopefully will be back!

Clean and crisp and pretty in Tinahely. Madelines has been refurbished in fine style. White bedding, cushy beds and modern furniture in blue grey heritage colours all contribute to making this historic building feel like a modern home. A home away from home. The mood is welcoming and mellow. The town is a few steps away. O Connor has fabulous food, get there early as it is popular. And OMG, the views. If you want a Wicklow weekend away, book in before the hikers and cyclists grab all the rooms.

Lovely accommodation, would recommend! Thank you for the lovely accommodation on Saturday night in Tinahely. We were all agreed it was super and will surely recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Madelines is a great accommodation to stay. I walk the Wicklow Way to the North and stay here for tap nights. The room is nice with Good bed and comfortable shower. Everything is clean and look Good. Because the restaurant is closed, they give to vouchers for breakfest in towncentre.
Madelines is a selfservice B&B and that’s going quick and well. You can call and they give you the door code from the front door and your room. I had a very nice two nights at Madelines during my hike over the Wicklow Way the area is beautiful and I enjoy it al a lot.
When I come back I would stay for shore in Madelines and say it to everyone to stay here. Greetings Ralph from the Netherlands.
